Progress on Morlands Site, Glastonbury
New opportunities are being created on the new Morlands Enterprise Park in Glastonbury
Development of the Morlands Enterprise site has made great progress over the last few months.
The Priority Sites development is now ready for occupation offering a range of office and business units from 300sqm to 600sqm. The development, know as Genesis One offers premium quality workspaces in high specification, BREEAM excellent premises.
Local company, Avalon Plastics, have also seen exciting progress on the construction of their building on the Morlands Enterprise Park and hope to be moving into their new premises later in the year.
Morlands Enterprise Park is located between Street and Glastonbury in Somerset, off the main A39 route which crosses the county. The site offers parking and public transport links as well as being within easy reach of Bristol airport (40 minutes) and the M5 Junction 23 (20 minutes).
